Course Overview
This course provides an in-depth examination of the taxation framework in Zimbabwe, exploring the legal, economic, and social dimensions of tax policy and administration. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the various types of taxes levied in Zimbabwe, including income tax, value-added tax (VAT), corporate tax, and capital gains tax. The course will also cover tax compliance, enforcement, and the impact of taxation on business and economic development.
